Unite Your Passion for Flying and Business

Open a wind tunnel worth $0.5–2 million to attract investments, become a CEO, and grow a stable source of income for more freedom and independence.

Greetings!

Are you a hired manager and a skydiver or enjoy flying in a wind tunnel? Would you like to have a job or a business that brings a buzz? At the same time, do you want to maintain a stable source of income? If this sounds like you, then read on.

Perhaps you have already thought about opening a wind tunnel but are afraid that:

  • You do not have a business plan with a track record, and you do not know how quickly the wind tunnel will pay off and begin to make a profit.
  • You do not understand issues related to the selection of equipment.
  • You have heard that the threshold for entering this business is $7–10 million, but you do not know about the existence of year‑round wind tunnels worth $1–2 million (the final price of the complex).
  • You do not have the necessary funds to open a wind tunnel, and there are no investors who could finance the launch of a wind tunnel business.

My name is Viktor Kozlov.

The first time I flew in a wind tunnel was in 2009. When speaking with the instructors, I learned that the cost of the project was about $7 million. This amount seemed huge, and no one thought of opening such a wind tunnel in my city, with a population of 700,000 people.

However, in 2014, I saw an opportunity to connect most of my life with my passion for flying. A ready‑made modular type of closed‑loop wind tunnel (for year‑round use) was put up for sale. It cost $350,000 and was 2.2 meters (7.2 feet) in diameter.

At first, the size of the wind tunnel seemed small to me, as I had previously flown in wind tunnels 3.6–5 meters (11.8–16.4 feet) in diameter. After I flew in wind tunnels of this size for more than 10 hours and mastered flying, sitting, going upside down, and carving, I realized that such wind tunnels are great for both first‑time flyers and athletes for mastering individual and pair techniques. To date, my flight time in compact wind tunnels is more than 100 hours.

After testing, I realized that this could be launched in my city in just a few months and could bring in good profit due to its popularity. The task remained small: to prepare the project and find an investor. Upon arriving in my city, I started attending meetings.

Investors asked me the question: “Why do you think this project will be successful?”

By that time, I was advising on how to increase sales in the wind tunnel business and saw the differences between this industry and others that are sales‑based.

Why indoor skydiving goes viral

  • Virality. Of the 100 people who flew in the wind tunnel, 100 were ready to share reviews, photos, and videos on social networks—completely free and from the heart. Even stars like Will Smith upload videos of their flights that gain millions of views.
  • Gift‑ready. A flight is a unique gift for anyone between 3 and 60 years old—for both students and billionaires.
  • Smart advertising. 50–80% of all advertising investments are done by barter—beneficial for each party and enabling unique campaigns.
  • Diameter is secondary. Gift buyers rarely focus on tunnel diameter—especially if it is the only tunnel in your city.

A little more about my experience…

After that, I consulted for indoor skydiving businesses, worked 2 years as a CEO, and launched a brand selling wind tunnels with a diameter of 2.2–3 meters (7.2–9.8 feet) on the world market. We sold them to entrepreneurs from South America, the Middle East, Europe, and Russia.

For many years in the indoor skydiving business, I have seen this pattern emerge: each project has an initiator who is passionate about the idea and ready to solve the tasks of attracting investment, organizing, and launching the project.

Now, here’s how we help

I help investors and entrepreneurs launch year‑round “Compact Projects” (diameter 2.2–3.2 meters (7.2–10.5 feet)) that earn about $300,000 a year.

  • Step 1: We help form the project concept and financial model.
  • Step 2: We help attract investments for the implementation of the project.

We do all this in a 3‑month coaching course of individual work.

Questions we answer

  • How to launch a wind tunnel with an investment of $500,000–2 million.
  • How compact tunnels differ from large ones for different customer segments.
  • How to attract investments to launch such a project.
  • How technical characteristics differ and what they affect.
  • Whether a 2.2–3.2 m (7.2–10.5 feet) tunnel will be in demand by athletes and first‑timers.

Start with the book + consultation

To help you address these issues, we have created the book Indoor Skydiving Revolution: Wind Tunnel in Every City of the World as an introductory step to our program.

If you want to receive a consultation, you can choose the appropriate package that includes a consultation. Even if you do not have your own investments, during the consultation I will show you the way to secure 10%+ of the wind tunnel business and share examples of people who have done the same.
